Responsibilities
- Coordinate the pickup of the Medical Form Box from Medical Record Coordinator
- FOR BUS CAMPOUTS: Ensure Medical Records are given to Bus Captain before departure on Friday
- FOR NON-BUS CAMPOUTS: Ensure Medical Records arrive at campsite by Friday evening.
- Collect prescription medicine from scouts and Bus Captain (if buses used) when they arrive at campsite
- EpiPens or asthma inhalers should remain with the scouts
- Supervise the scouts needing medication when they take it.
- Scouts will typically know to come to Goat area when it is time for their medicine but you may need to send someone to remind them.
