Equipment

  • Large Frying Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 9 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3/4 pkg Frozen Hashbrowns
  • 3/4 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 pkg Canadian Bacon Cut into 1/8ths
  • 1/2 Onion Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  •  Brown Sausage in Pan
    3/4 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • Add Onions and Garlic as meat begins to brown
    1/2 Onion, 1 clove Garlic
  • Add Hash browns and brown slightly
    3/4 pkg Frozen Hashbrowns
  • Add Scrambled Eggs and Ham (fold the eggs as they cook)
    9 Eggs, 1 pkg Canadian Bacon, 1 pinch Salt
  • As eggs near done add cheese
    2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • Sprinkle cheese on top as served
    2 cups Shredded Cheese
