DESCRIPTION:The 2022 Pinewood Derby is this Saturday! The event will be returning to Sumner Hall and the Gymnasium.\nThe complete schedule and rules are posted on the website:\nVolunteers:\nWe still need a lot of volunteers! The Pinewood Derby cannot happen without help from the parents. Nobody has volunteered to be a race day announcer or to oversee the divisional championship races. We also need 5 more people to sign up for the prestigious setting up of the track on Thursday evening\, and the equally exclusive track tear-down team on Saturday. Please\, please\, please volunteer to help make this event happen.\nPlease signup to help at the following link:\nCar Check-in:\nYou can check-in your car on Thursday evening from 4-9pm and Friday evening 4-6pm. Note the extended hours on Thursday. Cars must be checked in on either Thursday or Friday. Cars that are not checked in on Thursday or Friday will not be allowed to race. The meeting got pushed last week due to Pinewood Derby setup and the impending freezing weather\, and this week\, we have conflicts with Twin Bayou District Rountable. JOIN US NEXT WEEK ON ZOOM. An agenda will be sent out prior to the meeting. All adults are welcome to attend.  \nDo you enjoy participating in the campouts? How about the Pinewood Derby? If the answer is yes\, then come and take one hour out of your week to meet with our adult leaders and to help plan for the upcoming pack events.  All interested parents are encouraged to join us the first Thursday of every month for pack committee meetings.
