Deadline to Register for Webelos Woods

September 24, 2022 @ 4:30 am - 4:45 am

This event is open only to 4th and 5th Grade scouts and adults (no siblings or younger scouts).
September 30- October 2, 2022
Camp Brosig
1893 Trenckman Road
Sealy, TX 77474
All Pack 55 Webelos are encouraged to attend this awesome event designed just for Webelos! This event is being planned by our Twin Bayou District, and it will include participation from several local Scouts BSA Troops. It is a great way for our older Cub Scouts to see Scouts BSA in action, and to have fun learning some great skills. Final deadline for scout/adult registration is FRIDAY 9/23/2022, so we need to have our final attendees confirmed by that date. Pack 55 leadership will handle registration with Twin Bayou for all Adult and Scout attendees – DO NOT REGISTER ON THE TWIN BAYOU WEBSITE SEPARATELY FOR THIS EVENT. PACK 55 WILL REGISTER ON YOUR BEHALF BASED ON THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED ON THIS DOUBLEKNOT FORM.
REGISTER YOUR SCOUT AND AT LEAST ONE ADULT HERE:
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY 9/23/22.
Pack 55 is covering the difference between what you pay ($15) at the link above and the actual cost of per scout/adult registration ($35). Please support Pack 55 fundraisers (like popcorn), which help make these fun events possible and allows the pack to cover the cost of this program as part of the annual activity fee/dues. You need to bring your Part A/B Medical Form with you to this event FOR EACH PARTICIPANT (SCOUT AND ADULT). Save a copy and provide it to Pack 55 ahead of the November Family Campout at Huntsville, since it is required for that event as well.
Gates will open at 5 pm on Friday night (Sept 30) for check in (if you plan to arrive Friday).
Gates will open again at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday (October 1).
Opening flags on Saturday start at 9 am; skill/station rotations start at 9:30 am.
Bring your own food, or eat with the host troop. T55 will host the boy dens, and T54 will host the girl dens. T54 families use the separate T54 link sent in another email to register for food. You still need to register at this link so the pack can register you and your scout of the event.
A catered BBQ dinner will be provided as part of the registration fee for all scouts and adults on SATURDAY NIGHT.
Part A/B Medical Form is required for all attendees. Fill it out for this Webelos Woods event, save a copy, and submit that copy for Pack 55’s Huntsville State Park Campout in November. Download forms at:
