Directions
From Houston, take I-10 West to Sealy.
Exit #720 and head North on Highway 36 thru Sealy for approximately 1.3 miles to the intersection with FM 1094 (after crossing the train tracks).
Turn left on FM 1094 and head west 13 miles to Schwanbeck Road (look for the radio tower).
Before passing the radio tower, turn left on Schwanbeck Rd and head south.
After about 1 mile, Schwanbeck Rd intersects with Newberg Rd.
Veer right onto Newberg Rd and drive 2.6 miles to an intersection where the blacktop road ends and dead ends (“T”) at a dirt road.
Go right on the dirt road and follow it as it bends left.
You’ll cross a low water crossing.
After traveling about 1.6 miles on the dirt road, take a left onto YELLOW CREEK LANE.
Go through the white gate and continue about 1 mile to the campsite.
Parking area is just past port-a-potties on the left.
